Shipping and delivery policy

Gymkar is software used online. Nothing is shipped and there are no delivery charges.

Delivery

• Sign-up: your gym's account and owner login are created immediately and the sign-in link is shown on screen.
• Paid plans: the plan is applied to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, normally within a few minutes. The tax invoice is available in your admin panel.
• Member app: your members download the app from the app store and sign in with the mobile number your gym registered for them.

If something does not arrive

If your account or plan is not active within one hour of signing up or paying, contact us with your gym's name and payment reference and we will sort it out the same working day.
